Reminder - Speaker Info Deadlines

Registration - If you plan on attending the entire conference, speakers may do so for a discounted fee of $75. This fee covers lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as, coffee and snacks. Speakers may pre-pay online at the CEMA website by Friday, January 29, 2010.

Lodging - Speaker lodging is funded out of the federal Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) and will support two lodgning nights for speaders. Please contact Kristin Schneider (kristin.schneider@state.co.us) or Cindy Vonfeldt (cindy.vonfeldt@state.co.us) to arrange accommodations by Monday, February 1, 2010.

Slide Presentations and One Page Handouts - Speakers are encouraged to use slide presentations and provide one page handouts. Presentations and handouts should be submitted via email to Kristin Schneider (kristin.schneider@state.co.us) by Tuesday, February 2, 2010. The presentations and handouts will be posted online and provided to participants via CD. Kristin will arrange and handle any limited paper reproductions necessary for the conference.

Speaker Release Forms - Please complete the speaker release forms and fax them to (720) 852-6750 attn: Cindy Vonfeldt or Robyn Knappe ASAP. Copies of the speaker release form (already emailed to you) can be obtained by emailing kristin.schneider@state.co.us.

Program Information - For speakers that have not already submitted their information, the following information is needed to complete the program by Monday, February 1, 2010.
